Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium teas and artisanal honeys.
How should I store my loose leaf tea to maintain freshness?
To preserve the delicate flavor and aroma, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. We recommend keeping it in the airtight tin or resealable pouch it arrived in.
Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all our honeys are raw and minimally filtered to ensure you receive all the natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants. We never ultra-filter or overheat our honey, maintaining its unique floral profile.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass jars?
We take great care in packaging our honey jars and glass accessories using eco-friendly, protective materials. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via carbon-neutral carriers.
My honey has crystallized; is it still safe to eat?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. It is perfectly safe to eat. To return it to a liquid state, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water (do not boil or microwave).
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on tea or honey products once they have left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
